Information you share

Our contact form asks for your name, email, company, team size, a short description of what you do, and why you are interested in Mirrors. Please do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, or other confidential material in the form.

How we use it

We use your submission to understand your request and follow up about your demo request or product questions. Your message is available to authorized Mirrors team members in our team inbox. We may keep notes about our conversation and the replies we send.

Services that process submissions

Vercel hosts this website and its contact endpoint. Supabase stores submissions and manages team authentication. Resend handles email notifications and replies. Submissions are sent to devs@runmirrors.com so the founders can respond. Acknowledgements and founder replies come from aryan@runmirrors.com. Our team inbox also includes conversations from these two work mailboxes.

Website analytics and reliability

We use PostHog to understand page visits and whether the contact form works, and Sentry to diagnose website and delivery errors. We do not record browsing sessions, contact field contents, or message text in these tools. Analytics uses an in-memory visitor identifier and respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Security and access

The team inbox requires sign-in and explicit team access. Contact details and message bodies are not included in product analytics events. To limit automated submissions, the contact endpoint uses a short-lived rate-limit record derived from a network address.

To ask about the information you shared or request its deletion, email devs@runmirrors.com. Any data needed for a future product trial will be discussed separately before you provide it.
